Fancy a little romance with your knitting? The Blind Date bundle is four full 100g skeins of hand-dyed fingering-weight (4-ply) sock yarn, wrapped up so you won't see the colours until they land on your doorstep — a proper surprise, and a proper treat.

These are colours from the vault: earlier one-of-a-kind dyes and small-batch favourites I'm ready to send off to a loving home. At $76 for four skeins (they'd usually be up to $152), it's the softest possible landing for a leap of faith.

Here's how the date works:

•  Four full 100g skeins, all fingering / 4-ply, so they play beautifully together — perfect for socks, shawls and accessories.

•  Name one colour to avoid (send me an email) and I'll steer clear of it - or trust me to create a real suprise!

•  Everything else is a surprise — expect a mix of tones, some sweet, some moody, all unmistakably Strawberry Patches.

The yarn:  Four generous 100g skeins of fingering / 4-ply sock yarn on my premium superwash merino and merino/nylon base — the very same yarn as my full range. Approximately 400 m per skein.

Good to know:  Strictly limited — once the vault's clear, they're gone. As it's a surprise bundle I can't take colour-based returns, but I'll always sort out a genuine fault, no questions asked.
