Amethyst Moon (Crescent set) Exclusive

I have always loved making socks, and the first time I heard about Socktober, I was hooked. Every year I love the challenge of seeing how many pairs I can make in the month, and it's the perfect excuse to try new yarns and new colours.

I'm also a sucker for a good mystery — so this year I teamed up with my friend Evgeniya, who makes beautifully tidy project bags, to dream up a Socktober bundle. The fabric we chose together became the inspiration for a colourway I'm dyeing especially for this collection: amethyst and moon inspired, somewhere between lilac and deep aubergine, tonal, speckled, shot through with something unexpected. That's genuinely all I'm telling you — the rest is between me and the dye pots.

Pre-orders close September 30. I'll dye the whole run in September, and sets ship in early October — right at the start of Socktober, so you've got the whole month ahead of you to enjoy it.
